Connect your social media accounts to ScrollGold to schedule and post content directly from the platform. No more downloading videos and manually uploading to each platform.

Connecting TikTok

Go to Settings

Click Connect TikTok

Click the Connect TikTok button to begin the authorization flow.

Authorize ScrollGold

You’ll be redirected to TikTok. Log in and authorize ScrollGold to post on your behalf.

Confirm Connection

Once authorized, you’ll return to ScrollGold with your account connected.

TikTok Permissions

ScrollGold requests the following permissions:
  • Post videos - Upload content to your account
  • View profile - Display your account info in the dashboard
ScrollGold never accesses your private messages, followers list, or other sensitive data.

Managing Connected Accounts

View Connected Accounts

See all your connected accounts in Settings > Connected Accounts.

Disconnect an Account

To remove a connected account:
  1. Go to Settings > Connected Accounts
  2. Find the account you want to remove
  3. Click Disconnect
  4. Confirm the disconnection
Disconnecting an account will cancel any scheduled posts for that account.

Reconnect After Expiration

Platform authorizations may expire after a period of time. If your connection expires:
  1. You’ll see a notification in your dashboard
  2. Click Reconnect to reauthorize
  3. Follow the same authorization flow

Troubleshooting

Make sure you’re logged into the correct TikTok account. Try logging out of TikTok first, then reconnecting.
Your authorization may have expired. Click Reconnect to reauthorize.
Check your plan limits. Creator plan allows 1 account; Pro allows up to 10.
There may be a delay between scheduling and posting. Also check that the post didn’t fail due to content policy violations.
