Managing Your Subscription

Access your subscription settings at Settings > Subscription.

Changing Your Plan

Upgrading

Go to Subscription Settings

Select New Plan

Click on the plan you want to upgrade to.

Confirm

Review the changes and confirm. Your new features are available immediately.
When upgrading, you’ll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.

Downgrading

Go to Subscription Settings

Select New Plan

Click on the plan you want to downgrade to.

Confirm

Review the changes and confirm. The change takes effect at your next billing date.
When downgrading, you may lose access to features like additional connected accounts and automations. Make sure to adjust your settings before the change takes effect.

Billing Information

Update Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Update Payment Method
  3. Enter your new card details
  4. Save changes

View Invoices

Access all your invoices in Settings > Billing. Click on any invoice to download a PDF.

Billing Cycle

Your subscription renews monthly on the same date you started. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, you’ll be billed on the 15th of each month.

Cancellation

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Complete the cancellation survey (optional but helpful)
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your content and exports remain accessible
  • Scheduled posts will still go out as planned
  • After the period ends, you’ll be downgraded to limited access
Consider downgrading instead of canceling if you want to keep some access to the platform.

Reactivating

Changed your mind? You can reactivate your subscription anytime from Settings > Subscription.

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you haven’t used the platform extensively. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.
Annual billing is not currently available, but is on our roadmap. Monthly billing provides flexibility to adjust as needed.
We don’t have a free tier, but Pro includes a 90-day free trial so you can try all features before committing.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe.
